Priceless Information
This is Ian's piece of web. See it go. Go, weblog, go! Go travel in Asia. Go study in Tokyo. Go home to Portland. Nah, what the hell. Go, study in Beijing.
Stop. I am a student studying Chinese language in Beijing.
I started this weblog in the Summer of 2002. It keeps following me wherever I go. But, I'm glad to have the company.
Thanks to Clifton for hosting Domodomo. If you need a flash or website designer, you can do no better.

FP!
This is my first post with Blogger. I spent a few hours to day designing the logo and screwing around with html, and ended up with this look. I think it's all right, not too overwhelming or anything. I've gone ahead and registered domodomo.com, and will be moving this blog off of blogspot as soon as my 7host.com FTP account is enabled. I guess they use some kind of batch process every 24 hours to make new accounts. How mornoic, they couldn't right a perl script to do it as soon as I sign-up? So I wait.
My travel plans for Asia have changed slightly. As the prototype I was developing for our company more or less wouldn't fit together right, I definetly won't be taking it with me to our Chinese factory and sampling it out. So that means I'll probably spend more time at our Malaysia office working on upgrading their computer systems, and training users. I'll probably still head to China to give a presentation on vinyl welding techniques we've discovered in the states. I'll also check-out their computer setup. Then it's head back to Malaysia. Since I'll be right outside Kuala Lampur, I'll be able to buy any computer supplies I need.
It's really unfortunate that prototype didn't work out. We sent it back to our designer, I think he will be able to fix the design flaws without too much trouble. So my Asia trip just got a lot easier, and there's a lot less pressure on me. Still, it's a shame I've lost an opportunity.
