It's been two days, I'd better make a token post.
I went to a Rugby 'game' today. I'm not sure if you can really call it a game though, isn't that when there are two teams competing? Waseda made Keo their little rugby bitches. The score was 74 to 5. Our group of gaijin was very very...enthusiastic. Rugby insults in French crack me up, but don't translate so well into English as "You go to the toilet!" and "You become the poop poop".
Learning hurts my wallet. Me and a friend got a beer after the game. Our bill included a five dollar table charge! Each! I paid ten dollars for a god damn beer. They called it 'chyamu' which I believe is supposed to be 'charm'? Very charming indeed. I don't believe they understand the wicked irony of calling it that. And no, it was not chyaji (charge).
